Call history

The call log on the main page displays calls made for the current day.

To view the full call log:

  • Click on "Statistics "

  • Go to "Call history"

For roles such as Administrator and Supervisor, complete statistics on all operators' calls are available.

Employees with roles such as Operator and Accountant only have access to their own call logs.

In the table, you can track:

  • Call type

  • Status

  • Who made the call

  • Who was called

  • Duration

  • Date and time

Call statuses allow you to determine the current state of the call.

Who called

This column displays the full name, phone number, or SIP address of the caller.

If you have previously added the client's phone number to Contacts, the contact name and number will be displayed.

Who was called

This column displays the full name, phone number, or SIP address of the recipient of the call.

- an icon indicates who ended the call.

Duration

This column displays the duration of the call from the moment the call was answered.

Time and date

Displays the time and date when the call was made.

Call commentary

You can leave a comment for each call. The maximum number of characters is 200.

To leave a comment:

  1. Press button Comment

  2. Write a comment and click Save.

Comments can be edited or deleted.
