In order to make and receive calls, you need to purchase a number.
After purchasing a number, its activation takes 2-5 minutes. After activation of the virtual number you will be able to make and receive calls.
How to make calls?
Selecting a number to make outgoing calls
Go to the Phone tab.
In the upper left corner, the purchased virtual numbers are displayed in the drop-down list. If you want to buy a new virtual number, click the Add a number button.
SIP client activation
The status of the SIP client is displayed in the upper right corner. By default, the SIP client is activated.
If you do not need to make and receive calls, you can turn off the SIP client
SIP client deactivated. Now you will not be able to make and receive calls. To resume calls, you must activate the SIP client.
Selecting the call direction
Activate the SIP client.
There are several ways to select call directions:
manually through the drop-down list.
the direction will be automatically determined by entering the international telephone code.
After selecting an outgoing call direction, its cost per minute is displayed.
Enter the full phone number in the correct format, then press the call button to connect (green call button).
Don't forget to maintain a positive balance on your account to ensure uninterrupted communication. This ensures that you can always not only make calls, but also stay connected to receive them, keeping you available at all times.
You can always top up your balance in a convenient way by clicking the Replenish button.
