Setting up the Zoiper app on Android
Setting up a Zoiper softphone on the Android operating system of a mobile phone.
In Goolge Play, you need to download an application called Zoiper or Zoiper IAX SIP VOIP Softphone, without the words Pro.
To enter the registration data, you need to log in to your OneVOIPlanet personal account.
Click Employees.
Click on the employee's name or click the "..." button and select Edit.
Select SIP account and the employee's details will open: SIP address, domain, and password.
In the first line Username@ PBX/VoIP provider, specify the employee's data from the SIP Account. SIP address, domain, and without a space :5070 or :5071.
In the second line, specify the password from the SIP Account. To do this, click Copy and paste in any free line to view it.
After filling in the data, click Login.
Leave nothing else and click Next.
Do not specify anything, click Skip.
Select SIP TCP and click Finish.
Next, give permission to make calls, click Allow.
Allow the app to run in the background. Click Allow.
Be sure to grant access to contacts. Click Turn on, then Allow.
To check the status, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner. If Account ready is displayed, it means that the application is set up correctly and you can receive and make calls.
Setting up the Zoiper app on iOS

In the App Store, you need to download an application called Zoiper Lite voip soft phone without the words Premium.
To enter the registration data, you need to log in to your OneVOIPlanet personal account.
Click Employees.
Click on the employee's name or click the "..." button and select Edit.
Select SIP account and the employee's details will open: SIP address, domain, and password.
In the Zoiper app, confirm that you are authorized to access all requests. After confirming, click Settings in the lower left corner.
Select Accounts.
Click the "+" sign in the upper right corner.
When asked if you have an account, click Yes.
Select Manual configuration.
Select SIP account.
Fill in the fields according to the employee data from the personal account:
Account name: This is the SIP address (e.g., 001).
Domain: This is the Domain followed immediately by :5070 or :5071 without spaces (e.g., c333.sip.onevoiplanet.com:5070).
User name: This is also the SIP address (e.g., 001).
Password: This is the Password from the SIP account. To view it, select Copy and paste it into an empty field.
After completing the fields highlighted in red, press the green Register button.
To check the status, click Accounts in the upper left corner. A green check mark indicates that the application is configured correctly and you can receive and make calls.
