Employee capabilities:
Being added to groups;
Making and receiving calls;
Free communication with each other worldwide;
Adding clients to the company's contacts;
Writing comments on calls and separately on contacts;
Access to the call log.
Each employee has their own internal SIP line.
Each tariff has a limit on the number of added employees.
How to create an employee?
Click Employees
Click Create an employee.
The creation of an employee is divided into two stages - Employee`s data and Setting up a SIP account.
The first stage. Employee data
Fill in the employee details:
Last name
First name
Patronymic
Employee role
Email
Phone
Password
E-mail and password are required to authorize an employee in their personal account.
Click Continue
The second stage. Setting up a SIP account
After creating an employee, their SIP address will be automatically generated, which can be used with third-party programs or applications to make calls.
Select the domain in which the employee will be created.
Enter the SIP password.
The password will be used for authorization in third-party programs.
Click Create
After creation, a window will appear with the employee's full name and SIP details, which can be used in third-party programs and applications. In the future, you can view this information in the employee's profile under the "SIP Account" section.
