Thanks to call forwarding, you can receive calls to your mobile number if your SIP account is offline.
Please note:
For uninterrupted operation of forwarding, an employee or group must be assigned to any outgoing direction.
If calls are forwarded from an 0800 number to a mobile number, there will be double charging for the call (the tariff for the incoming call on the 0800 number + the tariff for the outgoing call from the landline number).
If calls are forwarded from a landline number to a mobile number, the call will be charged at the standard outgoing call rate.
How do I set up forwarding to a mobile phone number?
Click Employees
Click on the employee's name or click the ... button and select Edit
Click SIP account
Set up call forwarding:
Enable forwarding and use the employee's phone number – this is a switch for activating or deactivating forwarding using the phone number set in the employee's profile.
Use a different number – this option allows you to set any number to which calls will be forwarded.
Press Save
