Set up the Acrobits Softphone on the IOS operating system of your mobile phone.
You need to download an application called Acrobits Softphone from the App Store. The one-time cost is $7.99.
To enter registration data in the Acrobits Softphone app, log in to your OneVOIPlanet personal account.
In the personal account, navigate to the SIP Account section for the employee.
In the Acrobits Softphone app:
Grant permission for all access requests. Once confirmed, tap Settings in the upper right corner.
Select SIP accounts.
Click the "+" sign in the upper right corner.
Select the Generic SIP account.
Fill in the fields according to the employee's information from the personal account.
Contact Name: This is the SIP address (e.g., 005).
Username: This is also the SIP address (e.g., 005).
Password: This is the password from the SIP Account. Click Copy and paste it into any free space to view.
Domain: This is the domain (e.g., c333.sip.onevoiplanet.com).
After filling in the highlighted fields, press the green Save button.
To check the status, click Keypad at the bottom. A green oval indicates that the application is configured correctly and you can receive and make calls.
