Integration with OneBox

The CRM system is a comprehensive solution for managing customer relationships.   • Call Log: Track all incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Missed Call Tracking: Keep an eye on any missed calls.

  • Automatic Contact Creation: A contact is automatically created after a call ends.

  • Call History of Contacts: Access the history of calls related to each contact.

Setting up integration with OneBox

  1. Click on Integrations.

  2. Go to OneBox.

  3. Active integration.

  4. In the Domain for API field, enter the link generated in the OneBox account (address bar in the browser).

  5. In the Login field, you need to enter your OneBox account login.

  6. In the REST API password field, you need to enter the generated key (token) that allows you to identify your OneBox account. How to generate an API Key?

  7. Click Save.

How to generate an API Key?

  1. Go to your OneBox account.

  2. Select the company you want to integrate. You can see the list of companies in the drop-down list in the upper right corner.

  3. Add the V2 API component by clicking the “+” button.

  4. Select the V2 API component.

  5. On the API V2 component page, click Install.

  6. Select the company to which you want to install this component and click Create.

  7. After the component is successfully installed, a modal window appears in which you need to click the Open App button.

  8. To complete the integration setup, you need to copy the:

    • Domain: Copy the company name from the address bar.

    • login

    • key

The copied data is required for setting up the integration in your OneVOIPlanet personal account.

The API Token field is automatically generated by the system after you click the Save button.
