Algorithm for distributing calls in a group

You can configure the distribution algorithm when creating or editing a group.

Algorithm

Description

Consistent

A set of employee numbers in a specified order. The order of the calls is established while viewing the list of employees in the group.

Random

The call is directed to one employee in the group, chosen randomly.

Shortest talk time

The call is directed to the operator with the lowest talk time among the available employees in the group.

To all

The call is directed simultaneously to all available employees.

Who answered less

The call is sent to the operator with the least number of answered incoming calls among the available employees in the group.

Uniform

The call is directed to the employee whose previous conversation ended earlier than the others. Then, the call is directed to the second on the list, and so on.
