Setting up incoming and outgoing call directions

After purchasing a number, you can manage the incoming and outgoing directions of the number.

An 0800 number can have only incoming direction (i.e., only receiving calls).

All other numbers can have only one incoming direction (either to an employee, group, or voice menu) and many outgoing directions (to an employee, group, voice menu).

Setting the incoming direction

  1. Click Choice.

  2. In the modal window, select a direction and in the list, select who you want to assign to the incoming direction.

  3. Click Save.

Note: You can change or delete a direction by clicking on ... and selecting the action you want to perform in the drop-down menu.

Setting the outgoing direction

  1. Click Choice.

  2. In the modal window, select a direction and in the list, select who you want to assign to the outgoing direction.

  3. Click Save.

Adding another outgoing direction

  1. Click Add.

  2. In the modal window, select a direction and in the list, select who you want to assign to the outgoing direction.

  3. Click Save.
