Setting up Telegram notifications

Note: Only the Company Owner and Supervisor have the ability to add and configure contacts.

Available Telegram Notifications:

  1. Notification for a new scheduled request on the callback widget

  2. Notification of a missed call

  3. Notification of company deactivation

How do I add Telegram to receive notifications?

  1. Log in to your personal account.

  2. Go to General settings (the button looks like a gear).

  3. Click Add a contact for notifications.

  4. In the New contact for notifications drop-down menu, select Telegram.

  5. Click (you or your employee) on the link to authorize in the Telegram bot.

  6. Click Open in web or Send message.

  7. Click Start at the top of the chat.

  8. Select a language.

  9. Click Log in to the site.

  10. Click Open Link.

  11. After clicking the link, the personal account or the login page will open.

  12. To customize notifications, go to General settings.

  13. Select the notifications you need.

  14. Click Save.

Telegram contact has been successfully added.

Setting up notifications about a new pending request for the callback widget

  1. In the contacts table, select Widgets for the required contact.

  2. Click Save.

Now this contact will be notified of every new pending request on the callback widget.

Set up missed call notifications

  1. In the contacts table, select Calls for the desired contact.

  2. Click Save.

Now this contact will receive notifications about all their missed calls.

Setting up notifications about company deactivation

  1. In the contacts table, select Finance for the required contact.

  2. Click Save.

Now this contact will receive notifications about the deactivation of the company.
