Performance evaluation

Displays the number of calls by directions, PBX external lines, groups, and employees, allowing you to track their trends or compare them.

Filtering is available by:

  • Direction (all, inbound, outbound)

  • Grouping (by employees, by days)

  • Date (by day, by time period). It is not possible to select a period longer than 30 calendar days.

  • Incoming line (number)

  • Group (all or filtered by a specific group)

  • Employee (all or filtered by a specific employee)

Here, you can view employees/groups, and by hovering over the line, a modal window will display a list of calls (all, successful, and unsuccessful) for your selected period and other filtering options.

With the "Group by Days" filter or when working with large amounts of data, it is more convenient to use the table located below.
