Displays the distribution of calls by time of day, which allows you to highlight the peak hours of the company, groups, or employees by the number of calls.
There is filtering by:
Direction (all, inbound, outbound)
Date (by day, by time period). It is not possible to select a period longer than 30 calendar days.
Incoming line (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Group (all or filtered by a specific group)
Employee (all or filtered by a specific employee)

Here you can see a list of hours and, by hovering over the line, a modal window with a list of calls (all, successful and unsuccessful) for the period you selected and other filtering options will be displayed.
