The call recording will be available 5 minutes after the call ends.
Call recordings are stored for the entire duration of your OneVOIPlanet account usage.

In the media player, you can listen to an audio recording, play it from a specific point, change the volume, and close the media player.
How do I download a call recording?
The downloaded file is placed in the downloads folder on your computer.
