Audio recording of calls

If you have enabled call recording in the company settings, you can listen to recordings in the call log.

The call recording will be available 5 minutes after the call ends.

Call recordings are stored for the entire duration of your OneVOIPlanet account usage.

How do I listen to a call recording?

  1. Press the audio play button.

  2. In the media player, you can listen to an audio recording, play it from a specific point, change the volume, and close the media player.

How do I download a call recording?

  1. Click the button to download the audio.

The downloaded file is placed in the downloads folder on your computer.
