Voice files are voice audio recordings that a customer hears when they contact you.
How to add a voice file?
Click Audio files.
Go to Music files.
Click Add a voice file.
Enter the name of the music file.
Drag and drop a music file or click on the upload window.
Be careful! The music file must be in mp3 or rcm format. The file size should not exceed 20 MB.
You can also record a voice file yourself. To do this, click Record a voice file.
To start recording, click the red button.
To end the recording, click the button again.
After recording, you can listen to and re-record the voice file.
Press the Save button to save the voice file.
