When it comes to your OnePhone tariff plan, it is important to understand which types of data usage are included in your plan. Understanding this will help you make the best use of the data provided, avoiding unnecessary costs.
Data consumption covered by your OnePhone plan includes various activities performed through our roaming partner's mobile network or internet connection. These activities include online actions such as browsing web pages, sending emails, using social media, streaming media content, listening to music, using mobile apps, online gaming, VoIP and video calls, GPS navigation and mapping services, as well as software updates.
Data usage is measured based on the volume of sent and received data (in megabytes or gigabytes) and applies to prepaid plans from OnePhone.
It is worth noting that different activities consume varying amounts of data, and the exact amount of data used depends on factors such as media streaming quality, video resolution, file sizes, and the nature of online activities.
Note: Data usage when connecting to a public or private Wi-Fi hotspot is not counted towards your OnePhone tariff plan.
