How to create a SIP domain?
Go to the SIP settings.
Click SIP trucks.
Click Create a SIP truck.
In the modal window, in the SIP trunk name field, enter a unique name.
In the Login field, enter the SIP address, for example, 000. In the Password field, enter the current SIP password.
In the Host field, enter the name of your host (domain), for example, c000.sip.onevoiplanet.com. You can also specify the port if necessary.
SIP account information can be found on the Edit employee - SIP account page.
You can check the connection using the Check connection button.
If the data is entered correctly, the connection status changes to Connected.
Activate the trunk via the toggle switch.
The activation of the trunk is done only through the connection of an external number.
Click Add button.
