Before creating a Callback widget, ensure that you have at least one employee or group assigned to the outbound direction.
How to create a CallBack widget?
Creating a callback widget is divided into three stages. At the first stage, you configure the general settings of the widget.
Create and enter a name for the widget.
Enter the address of the site where the widget will be placed without http://, without www

Select the status of the widget. Enabled means that the widget will be activated immediately after creation.
Select the employee or group to whom the call will be sent.
Set up business hours according to your preferred schedule for receiving calls.
Select additional display settings for the widget:
Cick Continue.
At the second stage, you choose the appearance of the widget: the type and size of the button, the color of the button and block, the location on the page, and the block captions for different situations.
Select the button type and size (only one button type is currently available).
Set whether the button has an animation.
Select the color of the button and block (for the button, you can choose a color from the palette).
Choose how the button will be placed on the site.
Customize signatures for different occasions.
Click Continue.
At the third stage, you select the criteria for displaying the widget
Select the countdown that will display the maximum time after which the client will receive a callback.
Configure how long the widget will be displayed after the user opens the site (recommended from 10 seconds).
Select the number of possible applications from one IP.
Click Create.
The CallBack widget creation is complete.
