How to create a CallSite widget?
- Click Widgets. 
- Go to CallSite. 
- Click Create a widget. 
- Create and enter a name for the widget. 
- Select the status of the widget. Enabled means that the widget will be activated immediately after creation. 
- Select the employee, group, or IVR to which the call will be directed. 
- Select the domain to which the widget will belong. (Please note that you cannot change the domain after creating the widget). 
- Select the messengers you want to display. 
- Choose the button text, form and font. 
- Select the color of the widget. 
- Click Create. 
The creation of the CallSite widget is complete.
