How to create a CallSite widget?
Click Widgets.
Go to CallSite.
Click Create a widget.
Create and enter a name for the widget.
Select the status of the widget. Enabled means that the widget will be activated immediately after creation.
Select the employee, group, or IVR to which the call will be directed.
Select the domain to which the widget will belong. (Please note that you cannot change the domain after creating the widget).
Select the messengers you want to display.
Choose the button text, form and font.
Select the color of the widget.
Click Create.
The creation of the CallSite widget is complete.
