Music files are melodies that the client hears before connecting to an operator.
Music files can only be added to a group. A group can be created with just one employee.
How do I add a music file?
Click Audio files.
Go to Music files.
Click Add a music file.
Enter the name of the music file.
Drag and drop a music file or click on the upload window.
Be careful! The music file must be in mp3 or rcm format. The file size should not exceed 20 MB.
Click Save.
