How can I add a music file so that the customer can hear a melody while waiting for a connection to the operator?
Go to the Groups.
Click on the group name or click the "..." button and select Edit
.
Select Setting up a hold.
Select a music file from the list that you want the customer to hear while waiting for a connection to the operator.
Click Save.
