How to replenish my account?

To be able to replenish your account, you first need to create a personal account and log in.

You can replenish your balance in several ways.

1st Method - Replenish balance on Phone page

  1. Click the Phone tab

  2. Click on the Replenish button

  3. Specify the amount for which you want to top up your balance ($5 minimum top-up amount)

  4. Press the Top up button

  5. The recharge page opens. It is necessary to fill in the fields with valid data and press the Pay button

  6. Payment processing has begun. Wait for the result.

    • If the operation is successful, you can return to the application. In the Account tab you will be able to see the updated balance

    • If the operation is unsuccessful, recheck the correctness of the entered data and try again

2nd Method - Replenish balance on Account page

  1. Click the Account tab

  2. Click on the blue plus icon in the "Your balance" block

  3. Specify the amount for which you want to top up your balance ($5 minimum top-up amount)

  4. Press the Top up button

  5. The recharge page opens. It is necessary to fill in the fields with valid data and press the Pay button

  6. Payment processing has begun. Wait for the result.

    • If the operation is successful, you can return to the application. In the Account tab you will be able to see the updated balance

    • If the operation is unsuccessful, recheck the correctness of the entered data and try again

Purchase history

On the Purchase history page in the Balance tab you can see:

  • replenishment status

  • purchase of services with funds from your personal account
